The first time I received care there was a x-ray and treatment plan all was good. However between me started my service and completing my service things change.
First was the sales person in the office was replace and this new person did not honor any agreement that was made by Pam and his respond to this was " well shes not here so i really can't say what she said" I can and would not have went though my insurance with this company had things change pior to the service. Second I have been waiting for a refund since Nov.
i don't even get a call back. I will be calling my insurance company and my local news channel.
